The Seiyu Awards (one note the individual u, not two, is intention.) You write that halt. ฟ(???)ฺ) are back. On the official site you can vote from now on, which / r Seiyuu one in the appropriate category liked best. Categories are:

Best General
Best supporting actor
Best new Act
Best song
Best personality

Each getting own category for female as male. Singing voice, you can choose apparently also a Seiyuu band such as sphere, where Toyosaki Aki is doing. The whole team of anime you can also choose e.g. all girls of K-ON!, which last year won.
Have no instructions found on the fly as you vote. But I think it is quite simple when you look at the page. Simply specify E-Mail and then translate the kanjis.Then simply enter the name in the appropriate field.I think the large field is only for comments.There are also overseas fan's choice awards, where only foreign fans can choose.Because you can then choose one person.But is apparently over.(Note Please on the Engrish.)I say only serection ~ XD)
