On 23 and 24 October 2010 finds the twentieth Edition of F.A.C.T.S. place. That's a gigantic exhibition where anime, comics, science fiction, fantasy and games flow together in one place. For two days you will get the unique chance to international celebrities to meet and to see (actors, cartoonists), but also national talent from Netherlands and Belgium is fully present.
Meanwhile F.A.C.T.S. is a genuine understanding, but for those who do not know is the abbreviation for fantasy, Animation, Comics, Toys and Space. What began in 1993 as a small meeting over a coffee for 40 man, grew to an event that last year more than 13,000 visitors.Fortunately found the Organization accommodation in Flanders Expo where this year, 12,000 square metre to be available to the many artists and fans.
Organizer Emmanuel Van Melkebeke clarified: "Three halls will be filled to the rafters with more than one hundred exhibitors from various countries who have a wide range of products will bring, but also with various activities, such as a genuine fan village where fans from home and abroad their passion with others will share, life-size props from blockbusters, a great game zone, where video producers such as SEGA, Nintendo, Microsoft, SONY, Ubisoft will present their latest titles, various competitions, an extensive barzone and much more."
"This year we welcomed, among other things, Dirk Benedict and Dwight Schultz (aka Face and Murdock from the original a-team series), Emmy-nominee Robert Picardo (Stargate, Star Trek, Castle, the Howling), horror icon Doug Bradley (a.k.a. Pinhead), Billy Dee Williams (better known as Lando Carlissian from Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, which this year celebrates its 30th birthday), Dave Gibbons (artist of The Watchmen) Greg Capullo, (artist of Spawn) and much, much more!"
